Magic Lips has been around for over 35 years and continues to be the market leading colour changing lip stain. Magic Lips offer a huge variety of different coloured lip stains that once applied, transform into a brand new colour. Each one becomes a completely unique shade ranging from peach to purple. Magic Lips offer 15 different shades including Green, Gold and Apricot. They are made using vitamin E which is used for its skin-conditioning properties, helping keep lips feeling smooth and hydrated all day. To apply this product, line the outside of the lips with a concealer to ensure that the colour doesn’t run out. For a more precise line, use the Angled Eyeliner Brush. To create a darker look, use a lip liner that is closest to the colour that the stain will turn out to be then line and fill in the lips with it. Those looking for a sheer stain, apply one coat of the colour or for a darker, more intense shade add layers until you are happy with the colour. Be careful not to run outside of the lips as the stain may be hard to remove to create a better line. You could also try using it under another lipstick for a creamier finish that will still last. This could be any finish such as matte or gloss, depending on the look that you want. Try using Magic Lips Lipshine in the shade Rose Quartz over the Magic Lips shade Yellow for a simple day look. This means that if the lipstick colour starts to come off, the stain will remain, avoiding embarrassing patchy lips. Remember, always make sure that lips are smooth and moisturised before applying a lip stain or any dry patches will become more noticeable and the colour may not stay on for as long. Try using a lip scrub and lip balm before application to ensure this doesn’t happen.

For a simple daytime look, try using Sand and Peach which both turn into soft peach shades and are perfect for summer. For an evening look, apply the shade Red as it gives an opaque colour that will stay on for hours. Alternatively, you could experiment with one of the gift sets which offer either three or four lip stains in a range of colours. These include the Drama Queen and Moody Blues sets which both offer three colours that turn into wonderful shades. The newest trio, Festival Lips, offers one in shade Jet, one in Gold and one in a Platinum shade. Jet changes to a matte blackberry-pink which would be perfect for spending the night out.
